Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.

We do not accept returns on final sale, clearance, or intimate items for hygiene reasons.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@daminliving.com, and we will cover the return cost.

Shipping fees (including express or insurance costs) are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval.
Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
